The yoga sessions that I provide consist of gentle Hatha yoga, suitable for everyone regardless of age, size or flexibility. 


During class we do versatile stretching, strengthening and relaxing exercises that bring good feeling and peace of mind.

Omavoimani practice

Gentle, dynamic yoga that focuses on lines and movements that open the heart center.

I met my teacher Pili in 2019 while travelling in Argentina. Her way of connecting with yoga really gave me new hope, and I was honoured when she agreed to be my teacher overseas! We share the practice in Finland and in Argentina. This is an open practice that supports creativity and inspiration.
